Fried Fishball (Pollock)

Made from Wild Alaskan Pollock, we are excited to have given it an Asian twist and into one of Singapore’s favorite item – Fishballs!

It has been a journey taking on this little project with Lichuan Food Products offer more items that are made with Alaskan products yet suit the local palette!

These fishballs are perfect on its own or on the side with your plate of Bee Hoon!

Ingredients:
Surimi 52%[ FISH (Alaska Pollock), sorbitol, sodium tripolyphosphate, corn starch, salt, sugar, isolated SOY protein, monosodium glutamate (flavour enhancer), EGG white powder
