We are extremely excited to add the Dungeness Crab to our wild-caught Alaskan crab menu. It has a distinctive sweet flavor and delicate texture that is perfect for any occasion.

*Delicate, sweet yet not especially salty taste in its meat
*It has a beautiful orange color and tender flakiness of its meat.
* A 2 to 3 pound Alaska Dungeness Crab will yield about 2 cups of crab meat!!
Preparation Tips
You may boil or steam the whole cooked crab. The meat is good for seafood stews or soups, sautes, salads and appetizers, in bisques, creamed dishes, salads and casseroles.
